"We", "us" and "our" refer to webhostingruchi.  To determine which registrar your domain name is registered with, perform a WHOIS lookup at any number of WHOIS servers. NOTE: Not all country-code domain registries have active whois servers.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR WEBSITE AND MAINTAINANCE: Our Web design and Development process and terms: When ever we get order for websites designing and website maintainance. After getting payyment from clients,we hired the employee to do that work. If client is stopping order or cancel the order within 7 days, we will return the money to client. But If client is not canceling order till 7th day , and there after he is cancle order then we are not going to return money becuase compulsory we have to pay the salary to the employee which we hired for client works. If client has given advance payment 20000 Rs INR or more, and he has cancelled order before 7 days, then we will return 50% amount. There will be no refund or adjustments if cancellation is called when more than 50% of the work has been completed. All cancellations must be received in writing and can be sent via regular mail, email or fax. Telephone requests on cancellations will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR WEBSITE TRAINING: First of all we are giving DEMO CLASS for training, if candidate is like my demo class then we are taking advance payment to attend class. If client do not like my real class till 3rd class then we are going to cut 3 session price and returning the remaining money. After 3 classes , we do not have refund policy for training classes. .

• All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client's responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.

YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT: By using the Service(s), you agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, the define below and the rules, policies, or agreements published in association with specific of the Service(s) and/or which may be enforced by ICANN, the registries, and governments.
PASSAGE OF TIME: This Agreement will change over time. If, as a result of such a change, you no longer agree with the terms of this Agreement, you agree that your exclusive remedy is to transfer your domain name registration services to another registrar or request of us that we cancel your domain name registration services. If you continue to use the Services following a change in this Agreement and/or the Services, your continued use of the Services indicates your consent to the changes.

1) Every year cost of domain and hosting may go up or down.

2) you are going to continue our hosting and domain registration server of minimum 2 years of maximum as per your wish, condition applied.

3) If you want to transfer domain and hosting from my server to other server then you have to pay 1500 RS for hosting change.

Employement Varification rules:Any of our ex-employee have to pay 6000 Rs for employment verification, every 4 years.
